Sharon
is responsible for all aspects of oversight of the Pharmacy Library.
As Liaison to the School of Pharmacy and the Department of Nutritional
Sciences, she is also responsible for providing in depth research
assistance and library instruction; selecting books, journals and
electronic resources; and acting as the advocate within the Library

Library Instruction - request general orientation, course-related
instruction, and focused research training. Group and individual
training sessions are available by appointment. For group sessions,
please contact the liaison at least 2 weeks in advance.
Research
Assistance - request help in selecting appropriate resources,
performing database searches, or locating relevant materials at
other institutions.
Citation
Assistance - request help in verifying citations for publications,
bibliographies, or Interlibrary Loan orders.
New
Materials Requests - suggest titles to be added to
the Libraries' collection.

|
My background includes many academic credits in the sciences, a Master's
Degree in Library Science, and over ten years of experience as a science
librarian at academic institutions. The answer to an FAQ is that I
am a professional librarian, not a licensed pharmacist. |
