• Please submit your request at least 10 days in advance.
• You must search the Theater Schedule before submitting your request to ensure that the date you want is available.
  
• Use of the theaters requires a completed and emailed Video Theater Online Booking Form.
  
• Video theaters are scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis. You will receive an automated response stating that your request was successfully submitted and is now in the queue.
• HBL media equipment may be used to play faculty copies of materials complying with copyright law. The Homer Babbidge Library is not resonsible for any damage occurring to these items and reserves the right to charge for any repair equipment cost incurred.
  
• If you need to book more than 7 specific dates, please submit additional forms.
  
• Theater 1 seats 36 people. Theater 2 seats 80 people.
• Classes of 30 individuals or less will be automatically placed in Video Theater 1 unless there is a conflict.
• If your Video Theater booking includes Library-owned media you must also submit a separate Reserve Request Form.
